really good stay near Fisherman's Wharf
convenient location complimentary bicycles reasonable parking
I found the location convenient near Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. This allowed easy access to key attractions. the hotel provides complimentary bicycles, which i used to explore the surroundings. parking onsite was reasonable and it let me keep my car until late on checkout day, effectively extending my visit.
the room i was assigned faced the street and i noticed considerable external noise during the night, specifically from traffic.

hotel cleanliness friendly staff evening cookies ideal location
i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly, helpful staff. my kids especially enjoyed the milk and cookies served each evening. the game room was a hit. the location proved ideal for walking to nearby attractions like pier 39.
i noticed that the windows were not well soundproofed, so street noise was noticeable at night.

The location was superb! i could easily walk to pier 39. the room was also clean. i especially loved the game room. It was hella fun!
The windows in my room had a gap! it caused a rattling noise with the wind. the air conditioning unit was also loud. plus, parking cost extra. It felt expensive.

location is amazing!
friendly staff smooth settling great comfort
mikaela checked me in and ensured my settling happened smoothly. the staff was friendly and accommodating. i stayed two years ago, and this visit felt good too. the area around the hotel felt clean and it provides great comfort.
i dislike the surprise extra fees. they did not get mentioned ahead. bicycles had short availability, not the full day as advertised. pool access charged despite maintenance closures and i didn't liked it.

The hotel location is excellent and I could walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Lombard Street. The hotel features a game room with billiard and other games. I could have coffee and tea anytime until 4pm. I received cookies and milk at 8pm, a nice touch.
Before I arrived, I had requested a feather-free room. upon checking in, I found feather pillows on the bed. They were replaced though. Two days later, the cleaning staff ADDED a feather pillow to our room, which I found unacceptable.

My room featured two queen beds, offering plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the ample space and the overall layout of the room.
